Appointments

Please can you make sure that you attend your appointments at the allotted time and if you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as you can. We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise a fee may be charged.

In case of a dental emergency

Whenever possible please try and contact the practice about a dental emergency within surgery hours. If you think you need to be seen the same day please get in touch as early as possible.

If an emergency arises outside surgery hours please telephone the surgery, where you will be redirected to the emergency on-call dentist. If necessary, the on-call dentist will see registered patients outside surgery hours but this will incur £100 fee for opening the surgery.

An examination will register a patient with the practice for one year. If this registration lapses, patients will be offered the first available appointment within normal surgery hours. If you are a Denplan patient you will not be charged the call out fee.

Paying for treatments

We offer a range of ways to pay for your dental treatment. You can pay by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Payment is made on the day the treatment takes place and the fees are in accordance with our fee guide.

If you prefer to budget for your dental care we offer a monthly payment plan by Patient Plan – please ask for further details if you would like this option.

For treatments over £250 we offer an interest free credit facility – this is a great way to have the treatments you need or have always wanted – ask a member of our team for further details.
